Today hundreds of New Yorkers splashed into the Atlantic Ocean at Coney IslandBeach to start and celebrate the first day of 2007.Many dressed in festive costumes for the 104thannual Coney Island Polar Bears Swim Club dip, but most braved the frigid sea water in bathing suites.
